Many
of the services available in your
home country may be available while
you're roaming
in Turkey.
All three Turkish mobile phone companies
have websites with English-language
sections, but...
— The Turkcell
website is not much help
— The Telsim
website is completely useless for help with
using your phone
— The Avea
website is much better, but still lacking.
The variety and number of
mobile phone pricing plans and services from
these companies demands an intuitive,
well-designed website interface with
full translations, but none of these
websites has this.
They
have
lots
of moving, flashing colored graphics,
but no way to help you choose a pricing
plan easily (sigh...)
Remember to protect
yourself against mobile phone theft.
