You can use your Istanbulkart transit pass on all tram lines, as well as on the Metro, Tünel, city buses and ferries.

ZEYTINBURNU-KABATAS (-BESIKTAS) TRAM
The tram you'll use the most is the Zeytinburnu-Kabatas (-Besiktas) tram (map). This route goes from the district of Zeytinburnu on the shore of the Sea of Marmara through Sultanahmet, across the Golden Horn and along the southwestern Bosphorus shore, connecting the major tourist areas with three ferry docks, the European railway station, and the Funicular to Taksim Square. NOSTALGIC ISTIKLAL CADDESI TRAM
A restored 19th-century tram trundles along Istiklal Caddesi connecting Taksim Square with Galatasaray and Tünel Square. It's as much an amusement as it is transportation. More...
