HONEYMOON - In desperate need of advice

Post by SarfarazRaja » Thu May 21, 2009 9:10 am

Hi all,

I'm getting married in August and have chosen Istanbul and the destination for the honeymoon (10/08/2009-15/08/2009). What I am looking for is a Blue Mosque facing suite. I have a budget of £120 p/n. If anyone knows of a hotel with a DVD player in the room, that would be fantastic... I know its a tough ask but if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Sarfaraz

Here's what I would do.
Book a room for one night nearby and shop for your ideal room on your first day there.

Thanks for the advice but I would feel very uncomfortable about not having a hotel booked for the whole duration, especially since it is a honeymoon.

have you had a read on the front page of Tom's website ??

http://www.turkeytravelplanner.com/

and it has a link called "Great New Little Istanbul Hotel! "

http://www.turkeytravelplanner.com/go/I ... /5oda.html

it looks very lovely and from reading the website I does mention DVD..

Also I have used myself personally a few of the hotels that Tom's website recommends and never have been disappointed with his recommendations..
