Here's a message from Dunja Huber of Germany:
"I stayed three times at West Virginia City Ranch and always enjoyed it very much. The horses are all very comfortable to ride, easy to handle and still interesting to ride because of their temparament and natural beautiness.
"The location of the ranch is on a hill with both mountain view (Taurus mountains) and the sea, with a lot of pine forests, canyons, waterfalls and lakes nearby … far away from the crowds of tourists at the coast and still just a short drive away from the beaches.
"The horse back riding excursions are very different (beach, forests, mountains, fruit plantages, …), the rooms have everything you need and are build in rustic Western style, the food (breakfast/dinner) is good and tasty and you can perfectly relax from the stressful life in a big city.
At the ranch there are a lot of other animals, so dogs, goats, sheep, chicken, … it never gets boring and Beate cares always about their guests.
Even a (half-)daytrip from the hotels at the beach to the ranch is worth the time (Beate offers transfer) because of the great horses and nature.
"If you plan to come mainly for horseback riding, then spring or autumn are a good idea – not too hot, good weather for riding, already in march there are a lot of flowers and in November it is still green."
