By the way, Incir Han is here: 37.478628°N, 30.533548°E.
Sorry, I didn't stop in Beyşehir either.

No problem. Maybe you can tell me about the town. Is it nice? Should we stop there rather than Konya?

Beysehir

Beysehir has the wonderful Esrefoglu Mosque which has to be seen. Depending on the time of year you are goping to be there you can also spend time looking at flora and fauna on and around the lake. But if your time is limited, once you have seen the mosque (one hour?) continue to Konya where there is so much more to see and experience - and lots of good hotels.

Here's the website of another place to stay in Beyşehir:
Çankaya Pansiyon.
The Beyaz Park Hotel's link has stopped working.

I see the Beyaz Park Hotel's website is up and running again:
http://beyazpark.net/index_eng.html

Edit 8/5/2013 - the website is taken over by someone else in Istanbul, it seems. I'm not impressed.

There's a new hotel in Beyşehir, the Ali Bilir - http://www.alibilirotel.com/ - looks nice.

I see Tom mentions it on his Beyşehir page - http://www.turkeytravelplanner.com/go/C ... /beysehir/

I see there's another hotel in Beyşehir, the Penta - http://www.beysehirpentaotel.com/otelimiz.html

Looks pretty good, situated near the Eşérefoğlu mosque.

We stayed overnight in Beysehir a couple of years ago in a hotel that was about to close so I cant recommend it. While there we had a lovely boat trip to an island on the lake. The next morning we tried to visit the old painted mosque but it was shut for cleaning. Beside it were some other lovely old buildings and a very nice antique shop. We continued on to Eflatun Pinar where we realised that we had left our passports at the hotel! This curtailed our visit to Antioch.
