A suggestion for those who like meat, are already familiar with Hamdi I like to try something new: try Tike. This restaurant is more chic, on great locations, and you will not find tourists around. The price is very reasonable.
We had our dinner in Tike on the Asian side in Kadiköy, overlooking the Sea of Marmara. For those who know Bagdat Street; it is at the same height as Marks and Spencers and just go down to the sea front on the left.
There are more restaurants on nice locations: http://www.tike.com.tr

I can say you won't be disappointed, the tomato salad with pomegranate was delicious, there was a aubergine in yoghurt but hot, the lamb chops to perfection, so the pistachio kebab and the desert: yummy!
