Sea urchin

I love sea urchin (or uni in Japanese cuisine). I never had sea urchin outside of a Japanese restaurant though. I do know the Greeks eat sea urchin, but what about the Turks? Will I have a chance to taste this delicacy at the Aegean coast/ Izmir area?

They are very common in the sea in that area and I'm almost positive I remember seeing them in the cases at seaside restaurants.

Hope I see them. I know they eat them all along the mediterranean. I've been to Italy and Spain along the sea, but I never saw them on sale. I hope to see it this time in Turkey. I think people there eat it with lemon and onion.
