Translate an entire web site, no. But for small limited translation questions, I also post a message in http://www.seslisozluk.com in the translation forums. Always get an almost immediate answer. They are very helpful.

Sometimes, the toughest questions have the simplest answers :D

Just use the google translator (translate.google.com or just google "google translator"). As far as automated translators go, it works pretty well and does support turkish.
Mind you, don't expect the result to make perfect sense right away. It IS, after all, just a software translator.

If you are using chrome as a browser it should auto detect the language and ofer to translate on itself. Download it and give it a try!
