We visited the Memorial Hospital Group in Istanbul for my mom’s check-up, and I must say, it was a great experience. The hospital was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest testing technology. My mum received great care and guidance throughout, which really eased our worries. Yaren truly made the difference for us. From the moment we got there, she was by our side for everything — translating, setting up appointments, communicating with the doctors, arranging transport, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She accomplished so much, always with a smile and a positive attitude. She turned a days of medical check ups, into something easy and comfortable. The hospital was great, and thanks to Yaren, it turned into a memorable experience for us.

Dr Komesli completed her medical education at Uludağ University and her specialization in Internal Medicine at Marmara University. Best hospital experience I've had!
Memorial is amazing! They have a well coordinated and streamlined process for international patients, their translators are very kind and helpful, the doctors are all very knowledgeable and professional about what they do, and even the shuttle drivers are super friendly, although not all of them speak English. I would highly recommend Memorial to anyone looking for a good hospital.
A Smooth and Caring Experience at Memorial Bahçelievler
My son and I recently visited Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul and both enrolled in the VIP health check-up package. The process was well-structured and exceeded our expectations in many ways.
I want to thank Mr. Firas Al Halef, our translator and coordinator, he proved to be a smart, dedicated, and reliable professional. He doesn’t just perform his duties — he genuinely cares about the patients and goes the extra mile to ensure every concern is addressed with clarity and compassion.
He managed our entire visit with great attention to detail. From arranging appointments, getting the right Drs needed for us, handling transportation, following up on translated reports, and keeping everything on schedule — he made sure things ran smoothly and comfortably, even though we were on a tight schedule and coming from abroad.
We’re already preparing for further visits under his coordination, which shows the trust he built with us during our first two packages.
All doctors at the hospital each one showed both professionalism and real concern for our needs. Their approach was reassuring, caring and respectful at every step. I hope to write a separate review soon to thank them properly.
Overall, the experience has been very positive and smooth, both in terms of care and organization.
