We cannot make reservations or operate tours.
Our role is to provide travel information to help you to set up your own trips and/or for you to reserve trips or services through a bonafide travel agency, tour operator or other travel service provider.
TTP provides links to selected companies that strive to offer good, reliable services at fair prices. Some may have travel programs that meet your needs. If you purchase travel services through a company reached via the TTP website, that company may pay TTP a small travel industry-norm commission, just as it pays other companies who match up buyer and seller. Small commissions are part of the normal retail price for most travel services (hotel rooms, tours, cruises, transport tickets, etc.), so you pay no more. This is how virtually all travel agencies in the world work.
Income from affiliate partnerships is only a small part of TTP’s revenue (advertising is far larger), but affiliate partnerships help us to offset the costs of keeping TTP online: collecting, preparing and updating the thousands of pages of information, photos, maps and links that are offered for free, and that we welcome you to use to prepare your trip. Travel Info Exchange, Inc. has no control over any arrangements you may make with, or money you may pay to, any travel company, and so we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for these arrangements or payments.
We have no knowledge that any companies reached through the TTP website are not reputable but we cannot and do not certify or guarantee that they are. Responsibility for determining the suitability, viability and responsability of any travel company must lie with the travel customer who contracts with that company for its services.
