Marilyn Hill-Henderson, the Screaming Shopper of Istanbul, will helped travelers navigate the bazaars, markets, boutiques and shopping centers of Istanbul for many years, but she has now retired and is no longer offering her personal shopping services.
Marilyn and her diplomat husband first came to Istanbul years ago, fell in love with it, and spent a lot of their time in their Istanbul apartment, and the rest of the year in their Austin, Texas home.

Marilyn was personally acquainted with dozens of Istanbulshops and shopkeepers, who were happy to give her and her "friends' no-nonsense, value-for-money prices. (Travelers would pay Marilyn directly, so she was working on their behalf, not for a commission on sales.)
