You enter through the cave-kitchen of dramatic darkish volcanic stone flecked with white to a master bedroom with a high arched stone-cut ceiling and an adjoining cave sitting area, and cave bathroom with separate WC.
Behind a “mystery door” is the entrance to a 17th-century water tunnel carved through the volcanic rock for a distance of 16 km (10 miles)! (With a flashlight, you can penetrate the tunnel for a few dozen meters.)

The suite has a TV with international channels, individual remote-control air-conditioning, kitchenette with refrigerator well-stocked with reasonably-priced drinks, complimentary coffee and tea, its own private terrace, wireless Internet, and its own laptop computer for email, web browsing, Skype and games.
Esbelli Evi suite-dwellers have full access to all the other pleasures of Esbelli Evi, including the Self-serve Café-bar, and a full Turkish breakfast included in the rates.
We believe that the Esbelli Evi suites are among the most charming and satisfying places to stay in Cappadocia, but for all their luxury, they are reasonably priced, especially for families that might otherwise need to reserve two rooms.
