The tour fee is US$4,750 per person (sharing a double or twin bedded room).

Your Dining:
During your tour you will dine at selected local restaurants where you can experience Turkish Cuisine at its best, in the most authentic fashion. We avoid restaurants serving international and/ or Western-style meals.
I have carefully selected from hundreds of restaurants; we may be eating at a traditional meyhane; an old style lokanta located at an old neighborhood, a village style restaurant where we eat a home-cooked meal.
After several days of included dining, you will also have the opportunity to explore restaurants and dine on your own, with the assistance of erkut Bey’s recommendations.
Museums & Historical Sites:
The majority of museums and historical sites we will visit are operated by Turkish Ministry of Tourism & Culture. Some of them may be run by local authorities.
All museums and historical sites have visiting etiquett. Some of them may prohibit photography using flash; some of them may prohibit photography at all. A detailed brief will be given before each visit.
Please do not insist for photography in those which photography is not allowed.
Transportation:
Although our group is limited to no more than 10 travelers, we will use a comfortable air-conditioned minibus which is designed to accommodate 12 passengers + guide, with ample luggage space, so that we don’t feel crowded.
Our vehicle meets all legal requirements for safety and road-worthiness, and our drivers hold Professional-grade chauffeurs’ licenses.
Our vehicle is equipped with a mini-fridge to provide us with cool bottled water and soft drinks during the trip.
Our vehicle is also equipped with Wi-Fi capability. Please note that the Internet connection may slow down or even not be available temporarily while driving through some rural areas.
Flights within Turkey:
Your flights within Turkey will be in Economy Class on scheduled airline companies. Baggage allowance regulations vary from 15 to 20 kilograms (33 to 44 lbs), which may be less than the baggage allowance on the international flight that brought you to Turkey. Excess baggage may be subject to an additional fee payable at check-in.

Upon confirmation of your tour booking, we will send you a Personal Information Form which should be filled in and returned to us as soon as possible. The personal information form will provide us with your hotel room and bed choices, dietary preferences and restrictions, medical conditions, emergency contact details, and other info that we need to assure a smmotha nd safe trip. The informtion you provide will be kept confidential, used only for the purpose stated, and not shared with any third parties
Reservation, Confirmation & Cancellation:
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour fee will be payable to hold your place(s) on the tour. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you an invoice for the balance of the fee payable no later than 30 days before the beginning date of the tour.
If you decide to withdraw from the tour, or if you fail to pay the total tour fee, the following cancellation charges apply.
—29 days or more = Full refund
—21 to 28 days = 25% cancellation fee
—14 to 20 days = 50% cancellation fee
—7 to 13 days = 75% cancellation fee
—6 days or less, or ‘no show’ = 100% cancellation fee
Payments may be made via PayPal (all major credit cards – surcharges may apply), or by bank transfer to our bank in Turkey.
