Just across from the Tünel building in Tünel Square is the Tünel Pasajı (Tunnel Passage), a quiet lane filled with plants, antique shops, and the R.V. Cafe, a great (if pricey) place for a coffee, tea, herbal infusion, slice of cake or a light meal.
Other cafés and restaurants with both indoor and outdoor tables fill the Pasaj, and more line Sofyalı Sokak all the way to Asmalı Mescit Caddesi, which has even more restaurants.
