Guest rooms, some of which are cave or partial cave rooms, others are crafted completely of the local tawny hand-crafted stone, are spread throughout the three villas, giving the feeling of staying in a private estate. Rooms and suites vary in size and appointments to accommodate a variety of tastes and preferences.
The rooms have all of the expected comforts: comfortable beds, bedside reading lamps, private bathrooms, heating and air-conditioning, cable TV, Wifi Internet. Some have working fireplaces and spacious seating areas.
Breakfast is served in the Cavern Restaurant of Villa Sinasos—a real cave dining room! The hotel serves afternoon tea of freshly-baked cake, filter coffee and tea, daily. Room service provides all beverages and snacks throughout the day and until 22:00 (10 pm).
Cappadocia Estates is within easy walking distance of the center of Mustafapaşa and—a great advantage—only a minute’s stroll from the Old Greek House restaurant. In fact, Cappadocia Estates and Old Greek House are under the same management, so you can dine there and charge it to your room account. You can even order meals from the Old Greek House and have them delivered to your room, or enjoy them beneath the vines inthe courtyard, or in one of the lounges.
Ms Lale Sürmen Aran, co-owner of Cappadocia Estates, is often available for consultations on what to see and do in Mustafapaşa and nearby towns. Cars and bicycles are available for rent.
