My son and I recently visited Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul and both enrolled in the VIP health check-up package. The process was well-structured and exceeded our expectations in many ways. I want to thank Mr. Firas Al Halef, our translator and coordinator, he proved to be a smart, dedicated, and reliable professional. He doesn’t just perform his duties — he genuinely cares about the patients and goes the extra mile to ensure every concern is addressed with clarity and compassion.

He managed our entire visit with great attention to detail. From arranging appointments, getting the right Drs needed for us, handling transportation, following up on translated reports, and keeping everything on schedule — he made sure things ran smoothly and comfortably, even though we were on a tight schedule and coming from abroad.
We’re already preparing for further visits under his coordination, which shows the trust he built with us during our first two packages.

All doctors at the hospital each one showed both professionalism and real concern for our needs. Their approach was reassuring, caring and respectful at every step. Dr. Zeynep Komesli is an Internal Medicine specialist at the Check-Up Center of Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital.
