Last Updated on October 24, 2019

Iznik Works is a ceramic shop located in the Grand Bazaar, featuring a vast selection of reproductions of Seljuk and Ottoman works.

The owner of this unique shop was a carpet salesman before opening his own ceramic store in 2008 and is a fifth-generation resident of Grand Bazaar.

Founded in 2010, Iznik Works has become one of the most well-known shops of Iznik ceramics in Turkey and is known for having the highest quality products. The shop brings history and traditional artwork together for customers.

The work done takes you back to historical pieces, and includes special pieces by ceramic artists including vases, plates, and tiles. The vases, plates, and tiles created from matte, antique quartz are filled with history and appeal.

Iznik pottery is one of the oldest and most famous ceramic styles in the world. The form of pottery reached its peak during the 1500s, resulting in its expansive use throughout Turkey in elaborate mosques that are decorated with patterns of blue, white, and red tiles.

Iznik Works offers an amazing opportunity to take a piece of Turkish history with you.
