I've always enjoyed good food in Ürgüp, at least during the warm months, but it was always pretty simple: the standard, reliable, delicious, inexpensive cafeteria meals and grills of the workers' table such as we luckily find in nearly every Turkish town of any size.

Not any more!

Dimrit Café & Restaurant
