Mandatory Entrance Form for Turkey : HES Code and More

Effective as of March 15th, 2021, all passengers traveling to Turkey must fill out this entrance form https://register.health.gov.tr within 72 hours of their flight.

After filling this out you will be given a HES Code which will be used and asked throughout your time to track activity and minimize the possibility of an outbreak. 

To reiterate you must:

 

1. Fill out the mandatory Entrance form 72 hours within your time of flight
2. Print out the completed form or download it to a device to show at time of boarding

 

Within this form are several questions regarding your itinerary and travel plans. If you are not able to fill it out before flying you will be asked to do so and provided an opportunity at boarding. However, we highly recommend not waiting and having it completed beforehand.

 

*** This form must be either printed out and filled in before flight or completed on your phone or mobile laptop device and downloaded to present before flying.
