Muti Restaurant
Muti Restaurant, formerly in a historic caravansaray in the center of Ürgüp, has moved to The House Hotel Cappadocia in Ortahisar.
The cuisine is refined and delicious, what might be called "inventive Turkish fusion:" the chef creates interesting and unusual combinations you have probably not tasted before, and may not taste anywhere else.
In addition, the menu lists more traditional dishes so that all diners can find what they like. Service is attentive, prices are reflective of the quality.
