Kocabağ Şarapçılık is a small local vineyard and winery in Uçhisar, Cappadocia, which produces quite drinkable red and white wines from traditional Turkish grapes: Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Kalecik Karası, Narince and Emir.
Founded in 1972, it sold its first wine in 1986, and by 1990 had 35 hectares in vines. Its Cappadocian tufa caves have a capacity today of 300,000 liters.
